Internal Sales Executive Required!Our client designs and manufactures high quality, energy efficient lighting products. Operating since 1991, our client offers a range of internal and external luminaires, while also offering bespoke products to align any requirements.On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to join their friendly team. This position is a front-line role to inbound customer enquiries, including technical project requests, providing essential customer service excellence.Package:Salary 30,000 - 33,000 (DOE)20 days holiday + bank holidays + 3 days Christmas shut down8am - 5pm Monday to FridayCompany pensionOn-site parkingInternal Sales Executive - Responsibilities:Handle customer enquiries, understand their needs, and identify sales opportunitiesAnswer questions, resolve issues, and provide information via calls and emailsExplain product features and assist in building quotes with technical supportFollow up on old project quotesProcess orders on Sage and keep customers updatedTrack and respond to all enquiries promptlyUpdate ACT CRM, including old quotes and order statusesCreate and manage BOMs and part numbersPrepare product and project-based quotes, including system designWork with Technical team to provide solution designsLiaise with suppliers on pricing and technical requirementsWork closely with Purchasing, Credit Control, Production, Design, Technical, and Dispatch teamsAnswer phone calls if Internal Sales team is busyR
