Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the CEO, you will:Lead the UK and US tax strategy, aligning with rapid global expansion.Act as a strategic adviser on tax planning, structuring, and compliance.Oversee UK corporation tax, US federal/state compliance, VAT, RandD credits, and governance enhancements.Design and implement scalable tax processes, controls, and reporting systems fit for a listed company.Operate with a blend of strategic influence and hands-on delivery in a private equity setting.About you

Youll be a proven tax leader who thrives on building capability in a transforming business.
