Pay: £12.50 – £13.65 per hour (paid breaks included)

We are recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant (Days) to join an exceptional, stand-alone nursing and residential care home on the outskirts of Winchester. Your Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, person-centred care
- Support residents with personal care and daily living tasks
- Promote dignity, independence and choice
- Assist with mobility and wellbeing
- Accurately record care provided
- Offer emotional support and companionship
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable and respected throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For- Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
- A compassionate and patient nature
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and a strong team ethic
- A genuine passion for supporting older people
- £12.50 – £13.65 per hour
