We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a dedicated care package supporting a young adult in Norwich. The individual we support has autism, a severe learning disability and ADHD and communicates primarily through signs, gestures and behavior rather than spoken language. They require a calm, structured and consistent approach from professionals who understand the importance of recognising behavior as communication, responding appropriately to sensory needs and promoting emotional wellbeing. About the role As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing support within a dedicated care team, helping to maintain the individual''s safety, wellbeing and quality of life.
