The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting children and young people with behavioural needs, alongside a strong understanding of behaviour management and strategies that promote positive outcomes.A degree is preferred, and this role would suit someone who is passionate about making a real difference to pupils'' lives and helping them reach their full potential.
