This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing specialist provision supporting learners from KS3-KS5 with SEMH, ADHD, emotional and behavioural needs, and those who have experienced trauma. Through practical, hands-on vocational learning, you''ll help learners rebuild confidence, re-engage with education and develop the skills they need to succeed in further education and employment. The Role As a Behaviour Mentor, you will: Build positive, trusting relationships with learners. Support learners on a 1:1 basis and in small groups of up to 8, delivering engaging vocational learning. Support learners with SEMH, ADHD, SEND and additional needs. Use effective de-escalation and positive behaviour management strategies. Create a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment. Promote confidence, resilience and independence.
