Leading commercial bank has this fantastic opportunity for a Loan Documentation specialist with particular focus of syndicated lending transaction management. You will need to demonstrate a thorough understanding LMA standards and supporting documentation; processing of transfer certificates, approval of related terms, conditions and guarantee information, overview of credit risk insurance policies whilst providing a seamless conduit from front to back office. Additionally, the review of new and uncommitted credit facilities, covenants agreements and trade confirmations. Experience working on Trade Finance business would be beneficial with knowledge and previous use of LoanIQ a plus.
