Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef

with proven experience in

large-scale catering

(2000+ meals daily)A

strong and inspirational leader , capable of guiding a

brigade of 15-20 staffPassionate about delivering

high-quality, fresh foodHighly skilled in menu development and kitchen creativityWell-versed in HACCP, food safety, and health and safety regulationsFinancially astute, with experience in

budgeting, costing, and minimising wasteOrganised, resilient under pressure, and communicates clearlyEmpathetic and genuinely interested in catering for young people
