As the Contracts Manager, you will be leading the delivery of facilities management contract services across the Bridgwater site. The UK business headquarters is in the Midlands and we are currently building a battery manufacturing facility in Bridgwater, Somerset.

What You''ll Bring...

Experience in contracts or operations management role within the Facilities Management (FM) sector.Strong technical understanding of building services and maintenance operations.Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills.Ability to manage and control budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting.Strong leadership and team coordination skills.Working knowledge of relevant compliance standards and health and safety legislation.
