Contracts Manager

based in

Yeovil .Our client, a contractor who oversees planned works for the social housing sector, is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee a contract covering Somerset and Dorset.Responsibilities

Day to day management of a contracts maintaining and upgrading propertiesProviding line management support to trades working on contractPlanned, reactive maintenance or FM experience essentialCarry out surveys and HandS inspectionsClient focused role, on site and building relationshipsExcellent communicatorStrong IT skillsQualifications

Construction related qualification desirableExperience of managing Maintenance and trades teamsExperience of managing a large-scale maintenance contractsExperience of working with strict processes and procedureExperience of responsive repairs and being measured on response timeGood technical building knowledge and understandingComputer literate – Microsoft Office programmesFull Driving licenceHow to apply
