Job Title: Management AccountantLocation: Stonehouse, GloucesterDuration: 12 months (35hr/week - flexible hours over 5 days/week)Pay Rate: 20.00 - 25.00 per hourAs Management Accountant within the UK finance team, you will ensure efficient and timely processing of general accounting activities for the company ledgers. This is a varied position where you will be responsible for working primarily within accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and management accounting/reporting. Your practical accounting experience along with excellent Excel skills will be key to this role as you will be providing crucial support and reports to the management team.You will be responsible for following the company''s accounting processes and methods to tight deadlines and your existing knowledge of accounting and understanding of ERP systems will also be key. Responsibilities: Balance sheet account reconciliations, justification reviews and ageing analysis. Compile and review lease schedules. Compile and review SOX control documentation. Assist with government reporting. Liaise with shared service centres and overseas colleagues to ensure compliance with procedures, policies and controls. Participate in the preparation of month-end and management reports, including absence cover. Collate audit paperwork for external auditors.
