They have been a real market leader in their industry for 20+ years and after recently acquiring one of its competitors, are looking to continue that growth journey through organic growth and further acquisitions.Reporting to a high calibre FD, we''re looking for a strong leader who can oversee a team of 3 direct reports. Responsibilities include: Manage a finance team of 3, providing mentoring and development to ensure high performance and growth.Own the budgeting cycle, produce regular forecasts, and act as a strategic business partner to Marketing, Sales and Operational teams Oversee multi-currency treasury activities and deliver both short- and long-term cashflow forecasts.Manage and drive month-end and year-end close processes, delivering management accounts, statutory accounts, and board reporting.Produce financial and operational forecasts to support planning, decision-making, and performance monitoringProvide meaningful financial insight through analysis, dashboards, and performance reporting.Maintain strong financial controls, enhance processes and documentation, and review balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.Oversee inventory accounting and stock takes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
