Customer Service Advisor - Billericay As a Customer Service Advisor, you''ll play a vital role in managing high volumes of incoming calls and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisors. Your main responsibility will be to schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring we meet our contractual Service Level Agreements without overpromising.You''ll be part of our back-office team, communicating with residents via phone and email.
