Contract Manager (Cleaning Services)Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple commercial cleaning contracts across the South West and WalesThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with previous cleaning management experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity, with the potential for the role to become permanent.Salary: 30,000 - 32,000 per annumBenefits: Company Car/Car Allowance, Bonus SchemeLocation: CoveringDue to the nature of the position, a full UK driving licence is essential, as regular travel between sites will be required.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging multiple cleaning contracts across various locations.Building and maintaining strong client relationships.Conducting regular site visits to monitor cleaning standards and client satisfaction.Managing recruitment, onboarding, training and development of staff.Carrying out site audits and ensuring Health and Safety compliance.Handling client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Ensuring sites have appropriate staffing levels, equipment and supplies.Managing performance, disciplinary and grievance matters in line with company procedures.Providing ongoing coaching, guidance and support to teams.About YouPrevious experience managing commercial cleaning contracts is essential.Strong leadership and people management skills.Experience with recruitment, training and staff development.Health and Safety knowledge or ..... full job details .....
