Responsibilities as our Credit Controller will include: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure payments are received on time. Chase overdue invoices by phone and email and resolve payment queries. Build strong relationships with customers and internal departments. Investigate and resolve disputes, invoicing issues and account queries. Allocate payments and maintain accurate account records. Review credit limits and escalate potential risks. Carry out all collection activities professionally and in line with company procedures. Sales ledger and general administration What we''re looking for in our Credit Controller : Credit Control experience is desirable but not essential. Strong communication and customer service skills.
