The Role As a Credit Controller, you will: Manage sales ledgers for multiple clients Chase outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment collection Allocate and reconcile payments Manage a portfolio of debt recovery cases from initial contact through to resolution Prepare demand letters, negotiate payment plans and carry out pre-legal debt recovery processes Resolve account disputes through effective negotiation with clients and debtors Complete bank reconciliations and process payments Build strong relationships with clients while delivering exceptional customer service Support business development activities and identify opportunities to grow the client base Credit Controller Requirements Previous experience within credit control, debt recovery or a similar finance role Experience managing company sales ledgers Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills Good understanding of the debt recovery process ..... full job details .....
