Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Courier Customer Service / Operations Clerk for a major Freight company. The company is based in the Feltham, Middlesex area. Key Tasks:- • Strong communication, including writing, speaking and active listening • Great customer service skills, including interpersonal conversation, patience and empathy • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices • Basic maths and accounting skills • Organization, time management and prioritization abilities • Ability to be discreet and maintain the security of client information • Effective computer skills to input to use account management software in a timely and efficient manner • Excellent knowledge of excel, ideally with Intermediate experience level, able to use pivot tables and formulas.
