I am seeking a Environmental, Health and Safety Advisor to join my renowned aviation industry client based in Hayes, West London. As the Environmental, Health and Safety Advisor you will work within the Quality Team to develop and support primarily the Health and Safety function of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) for the company. Role: Environmental, Health and Safety Advisor Location: Hayes, Middlesex Shift: Mon-Fri, 08:00 - 17:00 - 40 hours per week Salary: Up to 43,075.46 Responsibilities:Interacting with all departmental managers to ensure that the company remains EHS compliant.Controlling the completion of Risk Assessment and completing of Control of Substances Harmful to Health (COSHH) Assessments.Accident reporting and investigation, including KPI reporting to Product Division.Auditing to ISO14001 and 45001 to maintain Approval.To create EHS policies for the business in line with UK Law and company requirements.To deliver targets for health and safety implementation and compliance.To develop and introduce Safety Team from cross functions of the business.To assess new substances including set up and maintaining REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals) requirement.To control Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Standards and ensure we are compliant with the correct standard.To advise on EHS training and develop with the colleagues responsible for training.To develop and maintain a control plan for monitoring of requirement for EH
