This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-respected business, managing customer complaints from investigation through to resolution while delivering fair and positive outcomes.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Managing complaints from start to finish.
• Investigating customer concerns and gathering evidence.
• Speaking with customers, suppliers and third parties.
• Making fair and balanced complaint decisions.
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the complaint journey.
• Maintaining accurate records and meeting service standards.

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous complaint handling experience.
• Experience managing cases end-to-end.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence handling challenging customer conversations.
• Experience within banking, insurance, financial services, utilities, telecommunications, or other regulated environments is highly desirable.
• FOS experience is advantageous but not essential.

No motor industry experience required. We welcome applicants from any regulated complaint-handling background.
