This opportunity offers the chance to join a well-established business and play a key role in the delivery of a significant scheme comprising earthworks, drainage and highways works.The RoleYou will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.Key responsibilities include: Managing daily construction activities across multiple work frontsSupervising site teams, subcontractors and plant operationsCoordinating earthworks, drainage and highways packagesEnsuring all works comply with health, safety, environmental and quality standardsDriving programme delivery and maintaining productivity targetsPlanning labour, plant and material requirementsConducting site inspections, toolbox talks and safety briefingsLiaising with engineers, clients, subcontractors and the wider project teamMonitoring progress and reporting on project performanceIdentifying and resolving on-site issues to minimise delays Requirements Previous experience as a Site Manager or ..... full job details .....
