The role will support the commercial management of a contractor-led residential project, with responsibilities spanning cost, procurement, subcontractor and commercial controls. Role summary The Quantity Surveyor will contribute to the financial and commercial management of the project from a contractor''s perspective. The role requires practical experience across residential new build, residential design and interior projects, together with the ability to monitor costs, manage change and provide accurate commercial information.The successful candidate will work in a structured, detail-focused way and communicate clearly with project teams, subcontractors and other commercial stakeholders.
