Prospectus is pleased to be supporting our client to recruit a new Senior Individual Giving Manager. The organisation is ranked among the world''s top orchestras and is Resident Orchestra at the Barbican. This is a full-time, permanent role paying a salary of £45,000-£50,000. The postholder will be working in a hybrid model from their offices in London. The Senior Individual Giving manager will lead a successful team to develop and implement the overall Individual Giving strategy. This will involve agreeing and monitoring annual individual giving income and expenditure budget and the postholder will deliver appealing stewardship programmes for supporters to include regular communications, personalised ticketing, and event opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, you will oversee the successful delivery and growth of the Friends and young Patrons schemes and will plan a regular calendar of engagement and cultivation opportunities. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in major donor fundraising, including building Essential relationships with high-net-worth individuals and securing five and six-figure gifts. They are looking for someone with experience of managing a team and a busy portfolio of generous donors. You will ideally also have experience collaborating with senior volunteers, with the ability to attend regular events outside of normal working hours.
