I''m working with a commercial interiors contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an office refurbishment project in Leicester.

The Role:

• Managing the day-to-day site operations and coordinating subcontractors.

• Overseeing internal refurbishment works, including partitions, suspended ceilings, flooring and decoration.

• Coordinating M&E trades and monitoring installation progress.

• Managing programme, quality assurance and health and safety.

• Liaising with the client and reporting progress to the project team.

• Driving the project through to completion and handover.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience managing commercial office refurbishments or fitouts.

• SMSTS.

• CSCS card.

• First Aid.

• Strong subcontractor management and communication skills.
