This project involves traditionally built homes, requiring meticulous attention to quality, safety, and schedule adherence.Job Duties Plan, organise and control all site activities to ensure the successful delivery of the project within agreed timescale, budget, and quality standards.Manage and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site operatives to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with health and safety regulations.Ensure all site operations comply with relevant building regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.Coordinate with the design, procurement and project management teams to resolve issues and implement changes as required.Monitor progress and prepare regular reports on site performance, risks, and opportunities for senior management.Maintain accurate site records including daily logs, progress photographs, and health and safety documentation.Lead site meetings and liaise with external stakeholders such as local authorities and clients as necessary.Drive continuous improvement in site efficiency, quality, and safety culture.
