We are looking for a senior or head veterinary nurse to join the team! The very best equipped surgery for General Practice, Blackheath Veterinary Surgery is a leading and progressive practice in South East London. At Blackheath Vets, we celebrate together, whether that be birthdays or career based achievements, and you can sometimes find us at the local pub for a pub quiz to test the brain cells. We have great equipment at Blackheath Vets, including Digital X-Ray, Dental X-Ray, Laparoscopic Facilities, Microscope, Ultrasound, In-House Lab, Endoscope, and Stem Cell Treatment. We have the top of the range Imotek unit, and Karl Storz scopes here. We are lucky to be in the Blackheath and Greenwich area, surrounded by quaint residential streets. We have the Royal Greenwich Park within walking distance and the famous Greenwich Market within easy reach. Blackheath is a short walk or bus ride away with boutique shops, coffee shops and bistros, or a duck pond to relax by. Transport links nearby include Overground (Westcombe Park, 0.09 miles), Underground (North Greenwich, 1.28 miles) and numerous bus routes. Your average day here at Blackheath Vets will include a wide range of nursing tasks, but no two days are the same, giving you variety and fulfilment while utilising your nursing skills to the highest level. We want your nursing career to fly, and truly believe in career progression and excelling our teams – and that’s why we have the best nursing team around. This is a Full-Time role working 40 hours per week – no weekends. No On Call or Out of Hours.
