Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery used to process metal coils.
  
  
• Load and handle metal coils using overhead cranes.
  
  
• Monitor production processes and ensure machinery operates efficiently.
  
  
• Carry out quality checks to maintain product standards.
  
  
• Complete production paperwork and records accurately.
  
  
• Follow all health and safety procedures and safe working practices.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production or industrial experience is essential.
  
  
• Ability to work a rotating day and night shift pattern.
  
  
• Good attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
  
  
• Basic IT skills and the ability to complete production records.
  
  
• A good understanding of workplace health and safety.
  
  
• Desirable: Counterbalance forklift licence and previous overhead crane experience (training can be provided).
