• Job Title: Production Operative
• Location: Lode Ln, Solihull B92 8NW
• Job Type: Ongoing contract with potential to move temp to perm based on performance
• Pay Rate: -16.39 - -22.83 per hour (varies based on shift pattern and experience)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday rotational shifts (No weekends!)

You will receive full, comprehensive training from day one. Your daily tasks include:

• Collaborating with your team to assemble modern luxury vehicles.
• Following standardised work sequences to ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
• Identifying opportunities to make processes safer, smoother, and more efficient.
• Taking pride in your workspace, tools, and safety, while looking out for the wellbeing of your teammates.

• Ability to reliably follow work instructions with excellent attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime.
• A proactive, team-focused mindset and a genuine willingness to learn.
• Previous experience on a moving production line or with continuous improvement is desirable but not required.
• Basic computer and digital technology skills are considered an asset.
