Call Out: 1 in 6, -120 retainer fee, minimum 4h pay.

We are currently seeking an experienced-Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer-to join our team, covering a range of commercial properties across the NG Postcode. This is a mobile role with a focus on maintenance, repair, and compliance across client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out-Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)-and reactive tasks on commercial gas systems and associated equipment.
• Complete all necessary-paperwork and digital reports-accurately and on time.
• Conduct-fabric maintenance and basic electrical tasks-as required under contract.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with-current legislative standards-and-health & safety-regulations.
• Participate in the-on-call rota-(1 in 6) to provide out-of-hours support to clients.
• Support colleagues when required and assist with supervision of sub-contractors, ensuring high standards of work and safety compliance.
• Identify and communicate-remedial work-requirements and assist in quoting and sourcing information for additional works.
• Issue-Permits to Work-and manage escort duties and small works where necessary.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualified to-City & Guilds Level II/III-or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in-commercial gas maintenance, testing, and fault finding, including work on boiler plant, pumps, ventilation, and control systems.
• Competence in-basic electrical and general building services-tasks.
• Strong understanding of-health & safety-practices and safe systems of work.
• Ability to work independently, use handheld technology effectively, and manage time efficiently across multiple sites.
