Recruit4staff are representing a well-established facilities management company in their search for a Commercial Gas Engineer to work in Nottingham

Job Role: Mobile role working on a variety of commercial maintenance contracts. Tasks include heating and combustion reactive repair works, scheduled PPM duties, diagnosing and repairing faults including basic electrical issues, and working on commercial/industrial boilers and related appliances. In addition, responsibilities include domestic servicing, minor plumbing, stock control, and participation in a call-out rota, all while adhering to time-sensitive client expectations.

Job Details:

• Pay: Up to £48,000 per annum (Depending on experience & qualifications)
• Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
• Duration: Permanent

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Fault finding and breakdown repair of commercial heating plant
• Service and maintenance of heating plant
• Service and maintenance of plumbing systems
• PPM and reactive maintenance

Desired Skills & Experience:

• HVAC service and maintenance
• Electrical service and maintenance
• Building fabric maintenance

Essential Qualifications:

• ACS Commercial Gas tickets
• ACS Domestic Gas tickets
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desired Qualifications:

• ACS Commercial Catering tickets
• Oftec Oil tickets
• F-Gas Category 1
• Electrical Engineering qualifications
