Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

Plan, structure and coordinate all conferences on a strategic level; decide on dates, choose venues and negotiate best priceCreate the greatest conference experiences by innovating on creative new opportunities and ideasNegotiate with vendors (catering, accommodation, transportation, facilities)Plan conferences on an operational level e.g. floor planning, invitations, signage, special needs requirements, printing etc.Manage conferences by ensuring everything runs smoothly on the days of our conferences enabling us to always surpass our former high attendee satisfaction
