Our client is a not for profit organisation committed to developing leaders across various sectors in the UK. Based in the beautiful town of Windsor, they''re looking to recruit a bright, confident and highly organised Alumni and Events Administrator to provide support for alumni events (mainly online) and leadership programmes, assist with data management, and ensure alumni records are kept up to date.Working closely with the Alumni Relations Manager and programme managers, online and in person, this role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of both online and in-person events at prestigious locations including Windsor Castle and Cumberland Lodge in Windsor Great Park.This role is full time (with the option of some hybrid working) and paying £27,000. It could suit a recent graduate looking to develop their career or a more experienced administrator. Flexibility to work at events out of hours may be required occasionally.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a prestigious organisation.Key responsibilitiesAssist in the administration and delivery of online alumni events and programmes (Teams/Zoom)Arranging meetings and handle general enquiriesPrinting, collating, and sending out materialsManaging participant admissions and virtual rooms on Zoom and Teams meetings and eventsSending out, and collating information from, online surveys and feedback questionnairesEnsuring records are kept up to date in the Salesforce CRM system and portalRunning reports on SalesforceCollating data and information for reportsProviding access to the portal for new membersUploading information and online learning resourcesMaintaining branded merchandise stock and process online salesHelping at major in-person eventsSkills/ExperienceStrong administrative capabilitiesExperience of using multiple IT systemsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsAbility to engage confidently with a wide range of people, online and in person, including senior leadersPlease note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
