DescriptionAct as the interface between Sales and Operations to define demand and supply plans. Coordinate and manage customer service programmes across the EMEA region. Develop detailed forecasts for planning meetings. Manage customer product portfolios and ensure data accuracy across systems. Coordinate onboarding of new tools/products, ensuring compliance with internal processes. Handle customer escalations and bulk order distributions. Support tool and equipment programmes, including warranty and dealer distributions. Liaise with internal teams to manage inventory and shipping logistics. Monitor programme performance and support continuous improvement initiative. Monitor programme performance and ensure alignment with organisational goals. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery processes.
