An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contract Manager to join a rapidly growing building services provider, overseeing a commercial maintenance portfolio across the City of London and West End. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager looking to take ownership of a commercial contract, build strong client relationships and drive the performance of an established engineering team. You will be responsible for contract delivery, financial performance, additional works and projects, while ensuring the highest standards of service, compliance and health and safety. Contract Manager Responsibilities Provide technical support and guidance to clients and the engineering team. Oversee the day-to-day management of the commercial maintenance contract. Build and maintain strong client relationships, attending regular meetings and ensuring service expectations are met. Monitor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs. Identify, propose and manage additional works and projects. Oversee works in progress (WIP), budgets and profit and loss (PandL). Manage and maintain quality procedures across the contract. Lead recruitment, staff development, annual appraisals and performance management. Manage staff attendance, absenteeism and disciplinary matters where required.
