Contract Manager / Surveyor Location: London and Home Counties Salary: £52,000 - £55,000 + Company Vehicle/Car Allowance + Bonus Job Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months The Opportunity Our client is a well-established and growing property services contractor specialising in home improvement, refurbishment and adaptation projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contract Manager / Surveyor to join their team and oversee projects across London and the Home Counties. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects from survey and tender stage through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, technically competent and capable of managing multiple projects while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from initial survey through to completion. Prepare tenders, quotations and pricing submissions using NHF Schedule of Rates (SORs). Produce specifications, schedules of work and project documentation. Carry out site surveys and assess technical requirements. Develop scheme designs and project proposals (CAD experience beneficial but not essential). Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety legislation and site requirements.
