Key Responsibilities of the Repair and Maintenance TechnicianGeneral Maintenance and RepairsCarry out a wide range of general handyman tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor construction.Work safely within regulated laboratory and clinical environments. Quality, Safety and ComplianceEnsure all work meets high-quality finish standards.Follow all health and safety regulations, building codes, and internal policies.Conduct and support implementation and routine review of SOPs and facility risk assessments.
