Operating within a commercially complex, asset-intensive environment, the business is looking to strengthen its financial planning, reporting and commercial analysis capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of the FPandA function, lead a team and play an influential role in improving business performance. Working closely with the Head of Finance and senior operational stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering meaningful financial insight, challenging commercial performance and developing the systems and processes that underpin effective decision-making. The Role Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and longer-term strategic planning processes, including ownership of the three-year financial plan. Develop and enhance management reporting, KPIs and financial dashboards to provide greater visibility of business performance. Partner with senior operational and commercial stakeholders, providing constructive challenge and identifying opportunities to improve profitability. Deliver detailed financial modelling, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and investment appraisals.
