Interim FPandA Manager Location: Coventry (Hybrid Working)Day Rate: £400-£500 per dayContract: Interim, 3-6 Months The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Interim FPandA Manager to join a growing finance function in Coventry on an initial 3-6 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to play a key role in financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis, providing valuable insight to senior stakeholders and supporting strategic business decisions. Working closely with the wider finance team and senior leadership, you will take ownership of key FPandA activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust forecasting and clear visibility of business performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes. Produce monthly management reporting, variance analysis and financial performance commentary. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making. Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities. Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide commercial insight and challenge financial assumptions. Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and longer-term financial plans.
