Join Our Growing Fire Safety Team

We are seeking 2 experienced Fire Risk Assessors (FRAs) to join our team, carrying out Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments across a portfolio of properties in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments in accordance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
• Identify fire hazards and assess risks to occupants and properties.
• Produce comprehensive, high-quality fire risk assessment reports.
• Provide practical and cost-effective recommendations for compliance and risk reduction.
• Liaise with clients, property managers, and stakeholders as required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 Qualification in Fire Risk Assessment (or equivalent recognised fire safety qualification).
• Proven experience carrying out Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments.
• Strong knowledge of current fire safety legislation, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and associated guidance.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Desirable

• Membership of a recognised professional body.
• Experience across residential and commercial properties.
• Additional fire safety qualifications.
