This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established organisation delivering water safety and compliance services across healthcare, commercial, education and industrial sites.Company BenefitsCompany vehiclePerformance bonusPaid door-to-door travelOvertime availableOngoing training and professional developmentClear opportunities for career progressionPermanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week)DutiesCarry out Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems.Complete assessments in accordance with ACoP L8, HSG274 and HTM 04-01 guidance.Produce detailed digital risk assessment reports and practical recommendations.Conduct schematic verification and asset validation.Identify system deficiencies including dead legs, dead ends, TMVs, infrequently used outlets, poor temperature control and water stagnation.Carry out outlet temperature monitoring and photographic surveys where required.Liaise professionally with clients, Responsible Persons and site representatives.Provide technical advice regarding remedial actions and compliance.Work closely with internal teams to support remedial quotations and project delivery.Essential RequirementsMinimum of 3 years'' experience carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments.Recognised Legionella Risk ..... full job details .....
