Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team. The Role Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the purchase ledger function while delivering excellent service to suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities Processing supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently. Ensuring all transactions are coded correctly and supported by appropriate approvals and documentation. Matching invoices to purchase orders and maintaining compliance with purchase-to-pay controls. Managing supplier accounts, reconciling supplier statements, and resolving queries professionally and promptly. Preparing and processing weekly payment runs, ensuring suppliers are paid in line with agreed terms. Maintaining accurate supplier records and payment details. Managing the Accounts Payable shared inbox and responding to enquiries in a timely manner. Assisting with month-end, year-end, and audit activities.
