Senior Credit Controller / Sales Ledger Supervisor Sector: Technology, Managed Services and Contract-Based Services The Opportunity Fresh People are recruiting for an experienced Senior Credit Controller / Sales Ledger Supervisor to join an established and growing business based in Orpington. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of the sales ledger, managing customer relationships and ensuring effective credit control within a busy, contract-led environment. We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within industry, ideally across IT managed services, telecommunications, security, technology or similar businesses where recurring billing, service contracts and project invoicing form part of the finance function. The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on credit control and billing experience with the ability to supervise a junior team member, improve processes and maintain accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities Credit Control and Debt Management Take ownership of credit control activities, managing high-value customer accounts and outstanding debt. Monitor aged debt, including 30-, 60- and 90-day balances, ensuring overdue payments are proactively managed. Produce and circulate weekly aged debtor reports, working closely with Account Managers to resolve outstanding balances.
