Your new company You will be joining a well-established and highly regarded organisation within the healthcare sector, based in Belfast. The organisation is currently going through an important systems transition and requires an experienced Credit Controller to provide additional support during this busy period.This is a short-term interim assignment and would suit someone who can quickly get up to speed, confidently manage outstanding accounts and help maintain accurate financial information throughout the migration.Your new role As Credit Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team during the implementation and migration of a new system.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the migration of credit control and debtor information onto the new systemReviewing and validating data to ensure accuracy and completenessContacting patients professionally and sensitively regarding outstanding balancesFollowing up on overdue accounts via telephone and emailWorking through the historic debt ledger, identifying outstanding balances and appropriate next stepsAllocating and reconciling payments where requiredInvestigating account discrepancies and resolving queriesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records of collection activityProviding general credit control support to the wider finance team throughout the transitionWhat you''ll need to succeed To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:Previous experience within Credit Control, Accounts ..... full job details .....
