About the Opportunity

Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of an established and growing print and packaging business based in Mansfield for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager – Google Ads, PPC & SEO.

With over 22 years of trading history, our client operates three established e-commerce brands specialising in print, packaging and personalised gifts. Following significant investment and expansion, the business is looking for a commercially driven digital marketing professional to increase combined annual online sales from £10 million to £12 million.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a substantial digital marketing budget, lead a team and shape the future growth of an established e-commerce operation, with direct access to company Directors and the resources needed to deliver results.

Please note: This is a fully office-based position in Mansfield. Applicants must be able to commute to the office daily.

The Role

Reporting directly to the company Directors, you will lead the digital marketing strategy across three established e-commerce websites, taking responsibility for online sales growth, marketing performance and profitability.

You will manage a significant Google Ads budget, oversee PPC and SEO activity, develop multi-channel campaigns and work closely with internal teams and external agencies to maximise commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to increase online sales and profitability.

• Manage and optimise Google Ads and PPC campaigns, maximising return on advertising spend.

• Lead SEO strategy to improve organic visibility, website traffic and search engine rankings.

• Oversee multi-channel marketing activity, including email marketing and social media.

• Analyse website performance, customer behaviour, conversion rates and sales data to identify growth opportunities.

• Take responsibility for online budgets, commercial performance and profit and loss.

• Lead and develop the digital marketing team, setting objectives and monitoring results.

• Manage relationships with external Magento agencies and digital marketing partners.

• Improve website performance, user experience and conversion rates across all three e-commerce brands.

• Report on marketing performance, budgets and progress against sales targets directly to the Directors.

About You

You will be a commercially focused digital marketing professional with a proven track record of growing e-commerce businesses and delivering measurable results.

You will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and the confidence
