My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver works on Yorkshire Water schemes, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate must have previous experience working within the water industry and a strong civil engineering background.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations.

• Supervising site teams and subcontractors.

• Overseeing civil engineering works across water and wastewater schemes.

• Liaising with Yorkshire Water and the project management team.

• Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance.

• Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation.

• Coordinating labour, plant and materials.

• Monitoring quality and ensuring works are delivered to programme.

Site Manager Requirements:

• Black or Gold CSCS.

• SMSTS.

• Previous experience working on water or wastewater schemes.

• Yorkshire Water experience preferred.

• Strong civil engineering background.

• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.

• Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality procedures.

• IT literate.

• Full UK driving licence.
