Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Air Conditioning Lead Installations Engineer to head our small team of HVAC installation projects. We are a family business for 42 years. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, field experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding results. Duties Survey sites and risk asses project locations. Order materials and arrange delivery. Oversea sub contractor, crane lifts and scaffold as required Lead and coordinate the installation of air conditioning systems, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications Oversee the interpretation of schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical drawings to execute installations accurately Supervise and mentor installation technicians, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting techniques Conduct site assessments, prepare installation plans, and ensure all equipment and materials meet quality standards Perform system testing, commissioning, and calibration to guarantee optimal operation of HVAC units Maintain detailed documentation of installation processes, technical reports, and compliance records Collaborate with project managers, property maintenance teams, and clients to ensure timely project completion Requirements : Essential : City and Guilds Qualifications, F GAS and also
