Key Responsibilities Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems across educational and commercial buildings. Install, service, and repair HVAC, VRF, and split systems, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Diagnose faults and provide efficient solutions to maintain operational systems. Work safely and in line with compliance, health and safety, and contract standards. Update job progress and reporting accurately via the CAFM system. Support minor building services tasks when required. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and site teams
