In-House Service and Logistics CoordinatorLocation: Chessington, SurreyJob Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a dedicated In-House Service and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing end-to-end logistics processes, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring high standards of inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and inventory control, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Day-to-day of the role:SAP and Logistics Process:Execute daily logistics operations in SAP, including goods receipt, put-away, and goods issue.Oversee end-to-end logistics processes such as order-to-ship, repair loop, and reverse logistics, ensuring data accuracy and traceability.Warehouse Operations:Manage all inbound and outbound flows, ensuring correct packing, labelling, and documentation.Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards across warehouse, stores, and workshop areas.Arrange collection/dispatch to customer sites and field engineers, optimizing cost and lead time.Inventory Management and Internal Controls:Maintain over 98% inventory accuracy through robust cycle counting and reconciliation.Plan and execute annual stock take in collaboration with the Service Manager.Handle issues with damaged goods or deliveries and raise claims as necessary.In-house Service and Customer Support:Manage booking in of customer equipment and parts deliveries in SAP.Package materials for shipment ensuring protection in transit and ac
