This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality after-sales support, ensuring the smooth management of spare parts, returns, and logistics processes. You will act as a central point of contact between customers, internal teams, suppliers, and warehouse partners, ensuring queries and operational issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer queries and complaints relating to spare parts and after-sales serviceProcess credits for spare parts and consumables in a timely and accurate mannerMonitor spare parts inventory levels, supporting working capital targets and arranging return purchase orders where requiredHandle customer invoice queries and accurately log and track issues within the dispute management systemPrepare and complete courier documentation, including commercial invoices and customs declarationsCoordinate collections and shipments with customers, internal teams, and third-party logistics providersCreate, manage, and track return deliveries through internal logistics systemsMonitor courier performance and service levels to ensure operational excellenceAct as a key liaison between the busines
