This is a varied, hands-on role combining 1st and 2nd line support, BAU responsibilities and project work. What you''ll be doing Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to teaching staff, administrative teams and students. Troubleshooting hardware, software, network and connectivity issues. Supporting Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and user account administration. Setting up, configuring and maintaining laptops, desktops, printers and classroom IT equipment. Managing incidents and service requests, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed timescales. Supporting the maintenance of servers, networks, Wi-Fi and wider school IT infrastructure. Assisting with IT projects, including hardware refreshes, system upgrades and technology deployments. Maintaining accurate documentation, asset registers and support records.
