A leading FMCG manufacturer is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join its highly automated production facility in Nuneaton. • Planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
• Electrical fault finding and repairs.
• Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities.
• Support equipment reliability, efficiency, and uptime.
• Maintain CMMS records and follow preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensure high standards of health & safety and 5S practices.
• Support and train operators on equipment operation and fault finding.

• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or completed apprenticeship.
• Electrical qualification essential.
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience.
• Manufacturing, FMCG, food, beverage, packaging, or automated production background.
• Knowledge of CMMS and SCADA systems.
• Understanding of preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.
